Or he was wrong because in that context, it would mean Axl would start a new band, or a new chapter like he did after 1996, and release new music. Which he has also failed to do with one exception. So from this quote, it just shows Axl was wrong twice. And also that its from 1992 and he had no idea what was gonna happen.I see nothing to discuss from this personally.
