TheSeeker
Tokyo fans are always quiet and respectful. It's a culture thingI think the Budoken soundboard from 88 or whenever has Axl freaking out about it since he had never experienced a crowd like that before. He says "Are we bad or something?" to the audience in confusion at one point.

Estranged Reality
it was a good show but it was also quite symbolic of how gn'r was starting to become a little stadium-rock-bloated and imploding. you can sense it with some of the extended solos, the way axl's running around stage on his own level, slash all fucked up (and quite noticeably), but as many other people have noted, the lackluster audience is what really brings it down a notch.that said, it's still great for GN'R fans. i just wouldn't show that to a casual fan before i showed them a different gig (like, say, the ritz).
themadcaplaughs
At the end of the day, these are only complaints that bother intense fans like us. Everyone I have shown Tokyo to he is a casual fan has loved the show.
