AxlisOld
We just got out of freezing temperatures for a couple days. That's what you get for occupying the midwest.
Ace Nova
The weather is actually hitting us down here in Florida as well....yesterday it didn't even hit 50 during the day....and Monday we may be getting lows (at night) in the upper 20's....which is insanely low for Central Florida....it's probably gotten that cold only a handful of times since I've lived here. Dan H.
And of course today it's 35 and sunny. The weather here is so bipolar. In only 8 hours the temperature and weather will change so dramatically.A month ago a town just north or here got destroyed by a freak tornado. Then less than a week later there was snow on the ground. Wtf. Edited January 4, 2014 by LiveFromNormal

Georgy Zhukov
It was below freezing here in Connecticut. Car was able to start, ran it for ten minutes before I went out. Roads are a lot better than yesterday. Only got about 6 inches of snow at the most.
Ace Nova
Not sure where I heard it....I think on the radio....there are something along the lines of 150 million people in the lines of this cold front/storm.....
Georgy Zhukov
They better get those fires burning. Heating oil doesn't do shit compared to what a wood stove does.
sweetness
My city was hit hard with a really bad ice storm just before Christmas, nearly the whole city was without power, trees and power lines down everywhere, it was nuts. Some people are still without power, now this. Definitely the worst winter I remember in my lifetime.I really wanted to go to the store to buy soup, orange juice, and cold remdies since I havent been feeling well, sounds like I'd be walking into a zoo. I guess this winter is payback for the last two moderate winters we had. Fuck.

Ace Nova
I heard they were shutting schools down all over the northern midwest....pretty much anything around -20 to -30 can be very dangerous to anyone who gets over exposed.....

JONEZY
Calm before the storm. Sun is shining and its 40 degrees. In about 4 hours the snow starts. 8 to 12 inches expected. And then it gets REALLY cold.
Ace Nova
A balmy 41 degrees and sunny here in Virginia. Supposed to be 60 tomorrow.east Sunday, it was almost 80.I advise you and SunnyDre to check your forecasts for Monday and Tuesday....I was bragging to my Facebook friends that it almost hit 50 here yesterday...but I think I jinxed myself because it's getting cold here Monday and Tuesday. It's going to 80 degrees tomorrow but by Monday we are getting highs only in the 40's....and Monday night going into Tuesday....into the 30's..... Crazyman
The Packers game almost didn't sell out...and I guarantee it mainly had to do with the weather. And this is a team where people put their spot on the ticket waiting list in their wills. Insane.
