It is pretty amazing. I am both mentally healthy and mature and, at the same time, I enjoy poking stupid zoo animals (that would be you, rita) with a stick on the internet. It's my versions of reading the tabloids while I'm in line at the grocery store. Except the crazy person actually responds with more crazy every time I give input. It's a brilliant system.

Well then. I was planning to just clean this thread up after seeing a few of the reports. But after deleting nearly all of the posts on the first two pages and reading the rest of the thread, I think it's better to just close it.

My thoughts on this thread? Rita says she created this thread as a social experiment. Fair enough. I don't honestly see how there was much to discuss on this topic to begin with, but maybe I'm missing something. However, by this point she has a very clear idea of the outcome of her experiment; 4 pages into the thread her hypothesis was either confirmed or dismissed. Therefore, nothing is being lost closing this thread now.

Len and mags made some excellent points also. When dealing with some psychological condition you want to test, you can't say anything is an absolute truth, as everyone will have have their own perception of "truth". Magisme also made a good point that if this was truly a social experiment, then reports were a bad idea. You send a report to the mods, you have a third party monitoring the results, potentially interjecting. Should I choose to delete posts (I did), that skews your data.

I'll be PM-ing some of you about other points better discussed in private.
