Over the past week or two:

A Dramatic Turn Of Events - Dream Theater

Dream Theater - Dream Theater

Distance Over Time - Dream Theater

Psychotic Symphony - Sons Of Apollo

Golgotha - W.A.S.P.

Golgotha and Distance over time was the second time through for each, the other 3 was a first time through for each. Didn't bother with The Astonishing yet...

With The Beatles by The Beatles.

For my money, the best Beatles album.  Well, I dunno about best but my personal favourite, the one I go back to most, this one and the debut.

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, Smashing Pumpkins

Comes complete with the band singing you to sleep with a lullaby at the end. 10/10

Amazing album! Fun fact. My original screen name on here was Farewellandgoodnight after the song of the same name on the album. Problem was that for whatever reason (maybe it was a character limit back in 2002) when I actually saved the account it cut it down to Farewellandgoodnig and I was promptly branded a racist.

Nice one, still my favourite Pumpkins record and all-time favourites in general. It explores all their facets and probably the only record with more input from James and D'arcy on it. Farewell and Goodnight is great because James wrote it and has all of them singing lead on it, even Jimmy!

Abbey Road is my favourite but I enjoy all of their albums.

It's kinda forgettable, isn't it? Love Pearl Jam, though.

Nah. It's my album of the year so far.

I've been along for the ride since Backspacer.

Soul Asylum - Hurry Up And Wait

Their best record in decades.

Hmm... maybe I should give it a few more spins. I liked Backspacer, but nothing compares to their 90's records in my opinion.

Help for me, followed by Rubber Soul.
