Apollo Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 there are people over 40 here?I thought you'd be at least 70 years old I thought "iftheworld" was Volcano?Turning a certain age hasn't effected my life. What does "change" people (imo) are certain life events.* Getting your first real or high paying job.* Buying a house. You go from your parents house to your first apartment (shared with three other people), to having your first solo apartment, to sharing an apartment with a bf/gf.........then to owning your own home.* Used car to buying a brand new car.* Single to dating to married.* Having kids.* Investing money instead of just blowing it.I think those are events that change or shape the way you do things in life. Age doesn't have much to do with it.That's just not how life advances for a lot of people though.. Not saying you're saying that though but.. one's actually in a certain sense lucky to achieve all that True, you make a good point.Just for me personally, something like buying a house was more of a life-changer than my 30th or 40th birthday. That's all I was meaning to say. Believe me, my life isn't perfect. Having an 11-inch cock makes it almost impossible to find boxers and pants that fit comfortably. That gets annoying after awhile for sure. 1 Quote
Val22 Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 I think people constantly change as they get older. As for being gay, I think it's possible that some people might not realize they are gay until they are older. I've known people who have been married and later on in life realized they were gay. As long as you are happy with yourself that's the main thing. As for changing, it's a good thing. The older I get the more I know and the more experience I get. you realize that somethings that you thought were important or major aren't as you get older.Life is all about experiencing new things and learning from them until your last breathe. Thin White Duke Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Everytime a man turns 40, a sports car salesman smiles somewhere. Now, getting gay is cheaper. I think that's what poor people do. 1 Quote
