bran
This show BLOWS now, can't believe what they've turned it in to. Season 1 and 2 were amazing, 3 was trash and this one is shaping up to be as well. The killer clown was Dandy's fucking father, calling it now. Too obvious. They've even killed the title theme with the lame carnival sounds in the background... was one of my favorite parts of the show. Damnit Murphy. i cant force myself to even watch it, i watched the first 2 episodes and that was it. season 1 and 2 were so good and then it just seems the show nose dived. Val22
Somehow Twisty the Clown will be coming back to the show.Yeah, I know those actors were real "freaks". It's still amazing how the cope with their differences.I hope Twisty kills the rich kid. He's an inbreed freak for sure. Gross when his mother was talking about how they all married each other and eventually became insane and sadistic.
Ace Nova
Pretty "meh" episode tonight. Total filler. The show has steadily transitioned from "horror" to "drama".
Val22
Last night's episode sucked!Elsa is totally crazy. All the freaks need to leave her before she kills them all. Can't stand that crazy rich kid and his equally crazy mother. Hate hate those two headed bitches. Wish they would have surgery so one of them would die and we would not have to hear them complain all the damn time. Actually since they share inner organs, I doubt the surgery would be a success.I hope it picks up again.

AdriftatSea
I like the show. I can't wait to see who Dandy kills next. I'm looking forward to seeing how the twins escape. I wonder if they will knock Dandy's mother in the head really good! I hope so!I like Sarah Paulson, the woman that plays the twins. I think she's an excellent actress. I'm still trying to figure out how all the season's are connected. Does anyone have a take on that? And when is Lily Rabe going to appear? I love her!! What about the hot maid from Season 1? Wonder if she will be in this season?

And when is Lily Rabe going to appear? I love her!! What about the hot maid from Season 1? Wonder if she will be in this season? According to Ryan Murphy:Can you say anything about Lily Rabe coming back?I don’t want to say much about it but obviously she’s playing Sister Mary Eunice. The interesting thing about doing a show like this is every season is incredibly its own story and its own beginning, middle and end. Its own journey. But we have always from the very beginning in the intertwining mythologies and how things connect. This is the first year where we begin to tell you that season two is connected to season four which is connected to season one. People have started to write articles about that. A lot of their hypotheses have been completely right on. That’s the fun of the show. Hopefully by the end of the run, be it 10 years or 15 years, people will be able to stand back and be able to say, “Oh that was connected to x.”There’s definitely a rhyme or a reason and a connectedness to all of these seasons, but in the same way, they’re standalones, which is the fun of it. But it is a puzzle. And Lily coming back and dealing with Pepper is sort of the first unveiling of that connectedness. She’s so great in that role, Lily. I understood she wanted to go off and do her own show. But I was thrilled she was able to come back and give us a couple days and show how Sister Mary Eunice and Pepper are connected and how it’s all connected. I’m glad she’s back in the habit! So you’re saying that season four is connected to season one? They’re all connected. We’re just beginning to tell you how they’re connected. They’re all very separate but there’s clues every season that we’re now telling you how the different worlds are intertwined.Oh, I thought that was fan fiction!Part of the fun of the show is the Rubik’s cube design of it, but, yes, there are purposeful connections, character connections, and similarities and things that connect that we’ll continue to connect moving forward. There’s that scene where Maggie is handed a cup of coffee by the cop and there’s a close up of a top hat on the cup. Is that a clue? That is a big season five clue! It’s an arcane clue, but it’s very purposeful, and it illuminates something that you’ll be like, “Oh! You dirty b******!”http://insidetv.ew.com/2014/10/31/ryan-murphy-american-horror-story-connected/

Val22
Honestly, I don't care how the seasons are connected. I hate when writers do that. Why not just come out and say how they are connected? It's enough to follow the storylines sometimes because of all the thoughts of killing someone and then it's not real and they do it over and over again. That's really annoying.I honestly wish they would start killing characters off starting with those horrible twins. I really hate them. But I honestly think all the flashbacks about killing and then not really killing have been done to death, but it would be cool if someone was actually killed! Val22
Hate is a strong word. I consider myself to have strong opinions of things.I just think this season is dragging things too long and I know showing murder scenes and then showing that the characters weren't murdered bother a lot of people. It's like you're wasting your time watching it.

Val22
Well finally someone was killed last night, but it was very sad.In two weeks, the new episode looks like everyone is going nuts! What the girl's dad, who's in love with Paul, did to her was horrible. Her dad is more of a freak than the freaks are. I knew the more the show went on, you'd see some of the so called "normal" people being more horrible and freaky than the carny people.I love when the bearded lady was telling her son, the lobster boy, how hard the world is just in general. All I could think of was what would she think of the world now? I think back in 1952 it was probably a lot better than today, although the freaks weren't treated well, they probably would have been treated better today. So many people have tattoos and piercings now, but back then it was a lot less and they had to stay with their own kind.Anyway, last night's show was awesome! Dandy is on the edge and someone will pay for sure.

Ace Nova
Way better episode this week. Not sure what was up with Flipper-Fingers singing Nirvana though. They've been singing modern day songs since the first episode.....I wonder if there's something to it...either some sort of twist in the end or connection to another season.... Val22
Hey maybe that's it. It's the songs? I don't remember any songs in the first two seasons, but maybe that's the link.I actually never liked Nirvana songs, so I really hated that song, but I thought he did it well.I wonder if someone is a huge fan of David Bowie's since they played a lot of his songs this season.I just read in ET weekly that the actor that plays Dandy, the rich kid, was not going to be a regular character, but then when the director saw him on screen, he asked him if he wanted to be a regular? The guy was like yeah! I think stories like that are super cool. It's truly the America dream for some people. The next episode looks like all hell is breaking loose. I would think there are only a few shows left since in January The Americans come back to FX.
AdriftatSea
In the Asylum series they played a french song on the record player a lot. Not sure if there was a meaning to that?

AdriftatSea
I just saw it! The woman that plays the really fat woman that the guy with lobster hands is now enamored with... that is the same woman that was the hot chick that was the maid in the first season!!Look at her face! Same face! She was briefly in the Witch series. The son killed her. She met him online in a chat room dedicated to those that loved Thomas Kinkade paintings. Her gift (if you want to call it that) was setting people on fire. That's her!!
