What is your Height & Weight?

185 isn't overly thin for my height. Look at Len and Chris. What the fuck is that?

185 is a decent weight for your height depending on body composition.

I can't comment on Len, but I'm light because I have very little upper body muscle. I was 238lbs back in 2010.

I've put on quite a bit of weight in the last year or so...I'm 168 cm tall (or 5'5") and now weigh 52kg (114 pounds). A few years ago at my worst I weighed 47kg (103 pounds). I was very stressed and could barely eat. Now I'm feeling much better and eating voraciously instead of like a sparrow.

There was a time when I was creeping up on a size 38 waist and damn near 200 lbs. At my height, that's just not a good combination.

GODDDDAMN boy!

Yeah, not exactly the proudest moment of my life to say the least. I'm extremely proud of what I've accomplished in that area of my life over the past 5 years or so. To go from 195 lbs and a size 36/38 waist to 135-140 lbs and a size 28/29 waist is something that I never thought that I'd ever be able to accomplish.

I've noticed that in your recent pics. You look a lot better now, with some meat on your bones. ;)
