Bulldog
Would you be happy about it? Personally, he was one of my least favorite GNR guitarists ever. I hated his stage persona, his look, and I thought he butchered a lot of the "classic" solos. I'll admit he can play a decent guitar but I felt as if his style never really fit the band, especially after Bucket left. I was pretty happy when he left..although then DJ came along and made him seem not so bad. But I still don't think he's the right man for the job even though DJ has softened my opinion on him a bit. DR DOOM
I think he was out of his league when it came to the classic GNR material (not as bad as DJ though) but he was stellar when it came to the Chinese Democracy stuff, the songs he was actually involved in.Scuttlebutt says Axl thought of Finck as his Randy Rhoads and together they would forge ahead-somehow that died in the ass.I have no evidence to prove it, but I believe Robin leaving after the 06-07 tour took the wind out of Axl's sails.Personally, I want Axl to end this "New GNR" farce and get the AFD band back together.
Mendez
I would. I don't care for his butchering of old songs solos. His solos are good (except for his part of the solo on the riad leak, I liked buckets part though). I like his style of playing (modern I guess you'd call it. As in not bluesy) Edited August 1, 2015 by Mendez
GNRmello77
Finck is not what i like to see in Guns but hey it's a familiar face and he knows how everything goes so better him than someone unknown, ad for the other guitar spot i am very afraid that axl might call Paul Tobias....? Towelie
Yeah, I'd be cool with that. Would be great to see TIL with Robin doing his solo and it would also make the stuff he recorded for CD2 feel more relevant, that's if Axl ever decides to release it. NicoRourke
I love everything he did on CD so yes, it would be cool to see him return. But he'd like to move on, and since he left (like 8 years ago) nothing has changed besides CD finally being released. Faxl Rows
I became interested in nuGNR in 06, so for nostalgic and affinity purposes I'd like to see him return.
Axingnr
Did he learn how to play guitar in the meantime? I remember that his playing was a mess. He was booed and insulted at all the concerts I've attended (7).

Forsaken
No, i'd be furious. Finck is god awful.
AxlsMainMan
I'd love to see This I Love performed properly at least once in my lifetime, plus he probably knows how to play Riad which Dj said was too hard for him.
HubbaBubba
Finck contributed to guns' weakest album and struggled with the live solos on their best material. So I wouldn't be overwhelmed to hear he was back.
Słash
Finck did an amazing job on CD, but he is not meant for Guns N' Roses, I really din't like how he played the classic GNR stuff, he is meant for NIN and thats where he belongs.

Cosmo
Finck is better than Ashba and better than having another new guy, but it's all the same to me depending on where the "band" is heading.
TeeJay410
Nope. Not a knock on finck, it's just about time for reunion or nothing. I just don't really care all that much. Dump the remaining bits of CD, call it a day for nuguns and move on.
Roderick
I really wish Finck would return to GNR

wkuk04
Finck's solo on better is in the top ten guns solos ever IMO. In favour of a Finck return.
maynard
Finck is great and I'm glad he's working on a solo album and toured with NIN recently. I want to see the guy far away from joke bands like Axl's band.
Brunzopolis
His SCOM and Brownstone solos really grew on me.I really hope he's not so hard up, that should he be asked, he'd want to rejoin.
batman007
I most definitely would want Robin to be back in GNR. I wouldn't want another "new" guy. Robin has always been my #2 favorite member of Guns. My favorite song is Better. I want to hear TIL live with some justice. Most people are in for a reunion, I'm not. Obviously, it's better than nothing. I would want Robin back with the release of CD 2. If I Were Robin I would sign a short contract , if no new album, I'm out. Robin dedicated a lot of his life to Guns and I respect him for that.
Facekicker
He didn't fit GNR. He butchered the old material which is 90% of the setlist.I don't see what is great about his contributions to CD either. He is better than Ashba which doesn't say much.I'll acknowledge that he is better in a band that suits his style, that being NIN.
