Georgy Zhukov
There are some Blues fans among us, let us come together and talk about this old and very American form of music.I will kick off with the King of Mississippi Delta Blues, Robert Johnson. No overdubs, that is all him. Just him and his guitar. From Blind Lemon Jefferson to Joe Bonamassa and everyone in between and beyond. Apollo
What about Lead Belly? A man and his guitar. Raw and simple as it gets.
Georgy Zhukov
What about Lead Belly?A man and his guitar.Raw and simple as it gets.Been meaning to bring up Leadbelly but I am glad someone else did. He once went to prison for killing a man. Got pardoned when he played for the governor. The blues had a mystical thing going on, they say Robert Johnson sold his soul for skills on the guitar, but Leadbelly sung his way out of a long prison sentence. Len Cnut
Leadbelly actually weren't blues in the strictest sense of the word, I mean he played a bit of blues but he was generally folk music really.

Georgy Zhukov
I was going to post Red House but I wanted to see others do it. A Clapton post is inevitable. Lets get to it. Not sure what's with the Keith Moon, I am sure he wasn't at the concert. Edited November 29, 2015 by Georgy Zhukov
