Leave it out man, its just about money, dont take no shit off no one and make sure people know where they stand with you but theres no point in being sarcy I mean, its as much of a tarty thing as being the little ho that you're calling them. You think they're gonna lose sleep over the fact that you've thrown your job away and aint earning no more, whats that prove, other than you couldnt handle the situation? Sarcasm and pisstaking in serious situations like that just suggests that you cant get your respect in the normal way and have to resort to the sort of thing a petulant child does when he dont get his way.

It's my coping mechanism. I can only take so much of their bullshit before I start to crack. I try to play along, grin and bare it just for an easy life. But I can't help myself.... time and time again I get myself into hot water with my managers, mostly for speaking out and being the only one with the backbone to say to their face what all my colleagues say about them behind their back.

And it's fun as well. It's cringeful watching everyone lick arse and take these jumped up twats as demi-Gods, when you know deep down everyones thinking about what a fucking bellend they are. Somebody has to be the one to call them out on it, and it just seems as if I have adopted that role in the workplace. I have a pretty good grasp of knowing how far I can push things, and stopping myself just before I go too far. I take great pride in calling them out on their horseshit in front of everyone. Don't bullshit me and I won't bullshit you, that's my motto.

I think that's the nail on the head right there. I just don't suffer fools gladly. I'm very straight forward and i just call a spade a spade. I just want somebody who is prepared to be real, and I find so many managers I've had over the years to be so full of it.
