She is a legit singer but also makes very bizzare/creepy YouTube videos that satirizes popular/internet culture and conspiracy theorists. Keep in mind that The Poppy (or just Poppy for short) is a character. So here is one of her music videos, some of her YouTube videos, and a small explanation of who and what Poppy is.
