The performances are so great all around but I think Darren McGavin is iconic as the dad. Special movie. Love Miracle on 34th Street, the original one from the 40's. That movie made me believe in Santa Claus. This movie is a classic for all ages.

Yeah, nothing like the original one. Even in Black and White it rocks, but they have made it in color, so that's even better.

Yeah, the original one has been on some other cable channels and I have seen it in color. I'm sure they re-made it somehow. Either version still makes me feel so hopeful and happy.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
"The Unsuspected" with Claude Rains Super good mystery from 1947. "The mutations" with Donald Pleasance from 1972
dontdamnmeuyi2015
"Wraith of Man" with Jason Stathum. It was directed by Guy Ritchie. This movie was crazy good. So much action and one hell of a story. Tonight is Christmas movies. Starting with National Lampoons A Christmas Vacation!

metallex78
Just watched Don’t Look Up on Netflix. Thoroughly enjoyed it, DiCaprio was great, and the film scarily reflects the stupidity of our society with social media etc. Highly recommended

Maybe I expected more from it. The acting was good, though, but that was to be expected from such an all-star cast.

RussTCB
I watched Don't Look Up the other night. It's decent but not anywhere near as good as I'd heard it was.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
" The Immigrant" with Jeremy Renner and Joaquin Phoenix not bad, but depressing. If this is how the US treated immigrants coming to American back in the 1930's it seems things haven't changed all that much now. 9 hours ago, -W.A.R- said: I was like "oh shit Bergman on cable?" Nope it was with Robin Livley (Blake"s older sister). it was a pretty good movie and had some cool twists that I never saw coming.

dontdamnmeuyi2015
" 976 Evil" a 1988 movie. Hadn't seen it in a long time. Forgot most of it. Not bad, Robert England (Freddy) directed it. Also watched "Child's play" from the 80's too. That movie still holds up today especially since chucky has his own series now.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
"Agony" with Asia Argento Very confusing movie, but then it was made in Italy. lol
dontdamnmeuyi2015
"Alpha Wolf" with Casper Van Dean A different twist to the werewolf legend. "It comes at night" boring "The starving Games" This movie made fun of other movies, but it sucked so bad.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
DeBug with Jason Momoa It's my way of supporting his separation. lol Just kidding. dontdamnmeuyi2015
"Halloween Kills" the extended version and alternate version. Though the ending to this version was awesome and gets you ready for the next and final Halloween. Can't wait for it. All in all this Halloween was very brutal. Damn! Michael is a monster. After watching this again, I really want this man dead and gone. lol
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Midsommer Okay first of all this movie was way too long. Nothing I didn't expect to happen in this creepy movie. It reminded me of the movie "Wicker Man" both the original version and the version with Nick Cage. I think the worst part of this movie was the beginning with her sister who has bi polar mental disease. Knowing how someone with this mental illness can be it was still very disturbing to see those scenes. I thought the main girl's reaction with her grief was so real. anyway, I really hope this isn't a real thing in Sweden. Didn't like what happened to the bear either. I figured when we saw it in the cage his life wasn't going to turn out well. Wasn't surprised what happened to the 72 years olds at all. lol
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Escape Room 2: Tournament of champions These movies never end well. lol Not bad some crazy puzzles to solve. A few characters from Escape Room.
