Never thought I'd say this, but I actually think given Brexit, Covid, party gate, the Ukrainian refugee response and the cost of living crisis that the Tories haven't actually done that bad a job. Obviously this is a bad April fools joke.

Big day for Boris today! Facing a vote of confidence in his leadership for basically being a lying, scheming shithouse.

Christ almighty that’s an image I wish I hadn’t seen. Good old Nadine loyal to the end. At least in the interview on sky news today she hadn’t drank lunch which is a plus.

Unfortunately it looks like she’d been at the cooking sherry on Twitter a bit later. 😂

About fuckin time!!!!  It's a dream come true :headbang:

Who is his replacement?

He's not gone yet. He's made a 'resignation' speech where he didn't actually resign and has come up with more waffle and flannel as to why he needs to stay until the Autumn. I think he's still thinking he can wriggle out of this.

Politicians who, after scandals have come to light, can still make their speeches unperturbed are a special breed of psychopaths. A normal person would no longer be able to look in the mirror because of sheer shame. I would say it's fascinating if it weren't so disgusting.

Why you talking about Justin Trudeau in a British Politics thread ?

I hope Boris‘ successor takes Peppa Pig World as seriously as he did…

I'm guessing that's gonna be his new job. He belongs at Pepa PIG World

...On a serious note
