If you're wearing socks, you ain't chillin correctly.

Maybe not in hot weather, but a nice pair of loose fitting wool or cotton socks is pretty chill in cool weather... imo it is top notch. Obviously he was wearing some sort of shoe besides... And had to be out n about just to get something to eat besides garbage room service...

Anyway... all just in fun. Although people should give them a fuckin break when they pose for pics offstage imo...

Doesn't really look like they need those delay towers at the back there.  Sad that little setup is half sold really

I actually think I'd prefer to see Guns in this size setting.  Don't get me wrong, it was phenomenal to see them at the Olympic Stadium with 70k people, but with this much smaller venue, you'd be able to hear them properly, probably see better, and you'd still have a great atmosphere.  Maybe Arkansas fans are in for a real treat?

It's Arkansas..what did y'all expect?

Kidding..but Hopefully the actual show gives us something to talk about. Still feels like cruise control, not that that's a bad thing but a little change of pace never hurt

There may end up being more workers than fans at this gig.

People are highly underestimating Guns N Roses popularity in the south. The people will show up. Maybe with confederate flags...but they will be there

For tonight's show? Absolutely no way, that's about capacity for this venue with a mid stage concert. Verizon Arena can push upwards of 20,000 for concerts. They sold about 15k or so if you look at ticket master's map.

Verizon can't hold 20,000.  It's 18,000 with every seat filled.  With the GNR setup 1/4 of the seats would be behind the stage so you are probably talking 16,000 at most for a sold out show.

They will get more than that in the venue tonight for sure.

That's why even a half sold stadium will be more people than a sold out arena show.

Most normal bands would probably be a little underwhelmed stepping down to a smaller / half full venue

The professional seasoned touring acts would deliver the exact same standard show

Axl? Who the fuck knows.  Probably just the standard solid show but that maybe he'll turn up and tear them a new one

As soon as you go outdoors the costs are huge.  Arena's are a bargain compared to doing these outdoor shows.  More security, building a whole stage etc.  The costs are massive.  12k in an arena will make them more than 15k in a stadium every time.  It's a very odd show, put on last minute in a market nobody would expect a huge crowd even if they gave it months but is what it is, it's not a success at the box office but it could be a great show!
