That being said the articles were great. I mean Lennon's interview alone. Imagine getting that and some tits to look at. What a time to be alive! Articles were brilliant, they did heavy duty interviews with icons of history, Malcolm X and all sorts.
Georgy Zhukov
There was that old joke "I get Playboy for the articles" but there's truth to that. The poses themselves were tasteful. Hef may have been sleazy in his relationships but you can't deny he was a big part of the women's liberation movement.

zeppelinrocksnexttognr
He's one man you can't say is in a better place. Lol. I never had an issue with him. I think he was every kids icon when I was kid.

dontdamnmeuyi2015
I heard Hugh had a blood disease and e-coli. How the hell did he get e-coli? Isn't that from eating bad food? Damn, he must have been so sick and on pain meds in the end. Well, at least he had a good life and lived it the way he wanted to. Not many of us get that chance. It is a common bacteria in our gut. Some strains of it, though, can be pathogenic.
SoulMonster
1 hour ago, Len Cnut said: You can get e-coli from fish right? What about things that smell like fish? No. E. coli is a peaceful inhabitant of the intestines of mammals. It does not live in fish. Fun fact: The ancestors of modern reptiles and mammals also had gut bacteria. and as the mammals evolved to become a distinct group of animals distinct from reptiles, their gut bacteria co-evolved with their hosts and became different from the gut bacteria back in the reptiles. A close relative to E. coli (mammalian gut bacteria) is Salmonella sp. (reptile and bird gut bacteria) and it is believed these two were the same bacteria back before mammalians evolved. Salmonella is still so similar to E. coli that it can infect and cause disease in humans, especially if you eat undercooked chicken or eggs. But E. coli has evolved to be a peaceful co-inhabitant of our guts. It is not in E. coli's interest to cause sickness in their hosts, just like Salmonella doesn't typically cause disease in reptiles and birds. If you compared the genomes of these two bacteria, you can easily spot the relatively few changes that has occurred to them since they diverged, and thus understand the genetic basis of Salmonella as a pathogenic organism - because what separates Salmonella from E. coli is likely to be the origin of its pathogenicity. This gives us important insight into models of pathogenicity, and thus starting point for development of drugs, but on the other hand, it also provides us with understanding on how to create pathogenicity in benign bacteria. dontdamnmeuyi2015
I saw on a tv show that Hollywood is making a movie about Hef and it's starring Jay Leno. I wonder if Jay will age or they will use different actors. I wonder who will play the parts of the bunnies and Hef's babes. he had many of them. lol
Len Cnut
Quote I wonder if Jay will age or they will use different actors. Age is the least of the worries, surely the fact of his being a great big fat cunt is the key issue here.
