Is this real?? This cant be real??

It was. An over zealous employee apparently as it has been cancelled and the company has given out the customary ''apologies for offences'': https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-54419760

I was wondering if the session consisted of floggings and rapes? Recreate the authentic ''slave experience''.

Im so curious to meet the person who thought that was a good idea!! Not exactly disproving the 'meathead gym bro' stereotype!! Nor the Instagram ass model gym bunnies stereotype, as the case may be. lol

Well, if anyone ever wonders why we need Black History Month, look no further!

For the entertainment industry, slavery is what the holocaust was for the 1990s - early 00s (wonderfully parodied by Kate Winslet in Extras).

Which leads me onto one other thing. You can play World War Two as a video game (e.g., Call of Duty, Medal of Honour); I have often wondered if there is not much difference between recreating D-Day say, when your granddad was mowed-down by a MG 42 on Omaha beach, and a ''holocaust video game'', a third person actioner maybe, whereby you take on the role of an escapee, and have to defeat ''bosses'' such as Mengele and Rudolf Höss? Think about it: is there really such a big difference? In both scenarios you are dealing with real historic events were people were butchered. One of the Call of Duty games has the Battle of Stalingrad for crying out loud!

Same argument could apply to slavery, the new entertainment industry pornography.

First time?

I used to play Call of Duty/MoH when I was a kid and enjoyed them so I am rather criticising myself here, but when you think about it: it is fairly messed up stuff, really?

Come and play as your granddad when he took on the Waffen-SS at the Bulge. Try and beat his highest score by surviving with both arms intact haha

Sonderkommando is the game youre looking for. It was created for 2010 release. Was based on an actual uprising at a concentration camp. First person shooter. ADL condemned it and it was pulled.

I didn’t know any of em was based on real life wars and battles, I thought it was just generic war bollocks.  I’m not much of a computer game person I’m afraid.

my granddad stabbed a luftwaffe soldier with his own boot knife when he escaped from a work camp in france. I still have it somewhere. it has a little eagle imprint on the blade, and the number 6.

Woke ''wokeing out'' over an Israeli actress (Gal Gadot) being elected to play Cleopatra, not an Egyptian actress. Is somebody going to tell Woke that Cleopatra was a member of the Greek Ptolemaic dynasty, and that the Arabs did not arrive until approximately seven hundred after her death? Utter idiots.

so woke is objecting about cleopatra being portrayed by somebody from the "wrong" race

interesting to learn that woke thinks there are right and wrong races, when chosing a movie role.

I thought woke was all about equality about races, without discrimination. it's their usual discours, when justifying popular roles being portrayed by black people.

So in summary, when a white role needs to be portrayed by a black person, the rule is: "equality between races."

When a black role needs to be portrayed by a white person, the rule is: "not allowed, cultural appropriation."

ok, got it.
