I'm fit as a fiddle. 12 stone of lean Welsh muscle. My balls are oval and intact  and I'd put my colon up against any one of yours. The only thing I'm worrying about recently is the amount of salt in everything and anything your supposed to eat. I went to buy some pasta and sauce earlier and it contained half my recommended salt allowance for the day. It's in fucking everything.
