I accidentally bought the ticket insurance and ended up emailing the insurance people to see if they could refund me. I was told this was not covered under their insurance agreement. in fact, not much is. next time I'll be sure to read the fine print. I am going to definitely take the refund bc it will be another year before they can play an outdoor venue and I'm sure it wont be hard to get tickets. perhaps they might even be cheaper than they were this year based on ticket sales. or I may make a road trip out of it and see them somewhere else in country and make a short vacation of it. but either way, I wish they would refund us already. from what I can tell the reason they arent refunding us is because they dont have our cash anymore.....
