I'm going to a funeral tomorrow. I won't sit near anyone. Because I think it would be a crying shame to get to 84 and not have anyone to see you off.

Yeah, in Italy no funerals anymore, so no one saying goodbye. Especially sad for the ones not being able to say goodbye.

A woman died here and her next of kin can't go to the funeral, because they're quarantined. Funerals here have a maximum of 30 people, only family. No weddings or baptisms anymore. It's surreal.

Ontario liquor stores continue to be open on shortened hours, which is good in my opinion, but I decided to take my favourite local craft brewery up on their free home delivery and ordered from them. While I feel good about supporting local businesses, I'm also afraid of getting used to so much door/porch service that fitting back into society after this is all over is going to be a struggle.

A province wide call in show on the radio was only open to kids today. Kids shared their advice with other kids about what to do with their time. Was awesome!

Back in the day you could sum that shit up real quick.  Football, listening to music, solvent abuse, masturbating.  That about covers it

One kid had a good grift. You send him "2 words." He then uses his main "2 chord" song to write you an "all new song." He releases it online and you give him money.

The Nintendo Switch is technically my daughter's so I really haven't played it much aside from Mario Kart occasionally, but I just grabbed Super Mario Odyssey and LA Noire to keep me sane/busy in the absence of my Xbox. A smaller but worthwhile investment!

Y'all have my favorite liquor over at the LCBO. I love Canadian Club 20 Year but I can't get it on my side of the bridge.

I like CC myself but I find many Canadians consider it to be bottom of the barrel, yet on your side if the bridge everybody seems to love it!

A Baby Seal walks into a bar:

Bartender: "What would like to drink?"

Baby Seal: "Anything but a Canadian Club please!" :smiley-confused2:

Im not sure if the virus or shoddy, rushed, temporary, online ordering systems will get me first...

Placed an online grocery order. They literally changed the system 2 TIMES while I was ordering. First they outsourced the delivery and that change kicked me off and made me start the process all over. Order erased.

But both portals remaind on screen at that time - the old and the new with no distinction or direction - so I started over with the one I knew, figuring they updated it. Got all the way to the end and was kicked off again. Order erased again.

Started with the new set up. Almost done. Kicked off again as they suddenly made a rewards program number a mandatory part of starting a new account. Order erased.

Created rewards program account. Enter my order a 4th time. Got to the end. Placed the order. And a big pop up tells me that I earned 0 rewards points.

And "the pick up times vary from what you selected" (outsourced delivery was not up and running yet ) So, we can just wait all day until they say its ready. Cool :anger:

Im ready to fight my computer to the death :anger::fuckyou::lol:

I'm playing Doom Eternal, but so far it's slightly disappointing to me. Enjoyed the 2016 one much more. I don't like the week points system and three scrambling for ammo/health all the time.

Apart from that, I'm ordering stuff online. Had 48 bottles of wine delivered, some tea, some luxury butcher,... Cooking is something I usually enjoy and now I have a lot of time on my hands to do so.

And off course I get to spend time with my 1yo, to whom this is a huge vacation.

I try to work as much as possible from home, but I don't like it very much. It's something I avoided as much as possible in the past. I'd rather work two hours longer at my office, than one hour at home. I tried to keep home and work sepperated. But I guess that's over now.
