Hm it kinda is a bit obsessive over minor detail, though it's also the sort of thing that band members talk about in their autobiographies, indicating that they consider such things part of the narrative I guess.

I'm pretty sure the first time I read about Desi was in either Slash or Duff's book, but don't think it mentioned her age.

it was  a while ago so I might be mistaken but I think I'm not - Desi was interviewed in a few of those "I'm with the band" type of videos with Vicky, Pamela, Barbie etc when they were re-hasing the usuall "strippers kept them alive , the wild parties, Axl was sitting on the roof in the Lotus position" stories.

Was she? Cos I think I know what you mean and I think there were pretty much everyone involved incl. Barbi, Pamela Manning, Adriana Smith etc. - but NOT Desi. Are you sure?

hey buddy, i'm NOT sure by all means , it's just that having watched countless GNR "documentaries" over the last 20 - 30 years I have seen millions of hangers on speak about the band as if they owned the place and I just kinda have this weird recollection of seeing this woman speak somewhere. |Then again, if you watch a documentary from late 90s and then one from early 00s and one from 10s and some recent ones, you could get same women speak but they all look different now, so maybe that's way. except Vickey, she still looks the same. I mean in a good way. haba haba
