Well they still have cabs on stage and there's one that they turn on sometimes so he can do feedback stuff. It's more to keep the stage volume down and have a consistent sound every night, which is important when you're using IEM.

That's true! Remember the night Axl threw his mic stand and took out one of Slash's cabs😄

Those are the fake ones. Actually for GnR they're not cabs at all, they're boxes with an LED screen on it.
