Sucks that Don't Cry isn't even on the Alt list...

I know. Last time GNR played Dallas, they didn't perform Don't cry either, but when I saw the other GNR, with Ashba, Don't Cry was played.

I wish GNR would perform the alternate version.

Why does Axl insist on singing the chorus of Slither in that daft tranny voice? If he actually sang it the way Scott did, it'd be quite an easy track for Axl to sing. He makes his life so much harder than it has to be sometimes.

This is the official tour name? "We're F'N Back!"?

No, it's "We're F'n Absurd"!

Some of the shirts on the tour truck site just say "world tour 2021."

I heard Slither on Sirius this morning for the first time in a long time, and I agree completely. It would sound really good if he just used his lower register in the chorus.

anyone know how crowded the pits have been? I have a feeling they are going to oversell them this tour to try and make up for the lack of sales around the rest of the venues

I actually don't mind how he sings slither.  When I saw them live in Hershey it sounded fine.  Playing the song the same exact way is kind of boring, so I applaud them for doing something different and I don't think it sounds bad at all.  I like the way he sings the verses, it was my first time seeing it live but it was definitely a highlight for me

Is there a chance Indianapolis gets cancelled? It is selling like absolute garbage, they have decided not to sell the upper level and the lower level is selling like crap, going to be weird seeing GNR in a 75% empty venue if it happens, they really should have moved this to the basketball arena

No chance it gets cancelled (I'm in Indianapolis)...They couldn't move it to the basketball arena here as that is currently being renovated....they are dropping ticket prices early for this one.  Floor tickets and 100 level tickets used to be $200 are now $150 and I believe those will drop more.  200 level tickets were $150 are now $60......I have 300 level tickets and am waiting until 100 level or floor level tickets drop to or below the price for the tickets we have to upgrade.

When it comes showtime I can see them closing off upper level sections and moving peeps who have tickets up there to lower level section tickets for free (they did this in Cincy when they closed the whole upper level of one side of the stadium day of show in 2016).

OK makes sense why they are not playing in the arena, and why is this selling so bad? They didn't play Indiana last go around, and Axl's home state, figured there would be at least a decent demand for this

This whole tour isn't selling well, tickets are ridiculously over-priced...and folks around here don't really like Axl and he certainly has some bad memories here which in his defense he's linked to Indiana and said some pretty shitty things about this state and the people here.  But, most people here don't understand this is the source of his vitriol towards Indiana and just think he's a dick.

NIN and Neil Young just cancelled tours/shows. I wonder how long this one is going to go. I just hope it makes it to Vegas because my flights are non-refundable. We are also doing Wrigley, Milwaukee and possibly Indy, but I'm starting to wonder if it'll make it that far. I don't have tix for any because I'm waiting for prices to keep dropping, but this sucks.
