Metallica started that just recently, the charge something like $6 per show.

For 2001 it would be the two December 2001 shows that have never had footage released in some form. I would definitely like to see footage but I'm not sure they were actually filmed.

Rock in Rio 2001 I believe was broadcasted on PPV at the time. The 01/01/2001 show leaked a few years ago. It was pro-shot and intended for a DVD release that never happened.
