GnR Chris Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 Grace McKagan put out a few songs under her own name this year. She’s now solo and no longer in The Pink Slips. I like her newest single, “One You Love.” I definitely appreciate the punk rock vibes no doubt inherited from Duff. I’m not too sure what London’s been up to. It seems like he’s been changing bands a lot in the last couple years, as kids often do. There’s definitely added pressure following in the footsteps of famous musician parents, but then there’s also a lot of doors open and resources available to you that otherwise wouldn’t be. I don’t even know how people become famous today. I see social media personalities who have like 500 million followers and have no idea how or why or what they do. But asking if GNR kids will ever reach the height of their parents fame? Who’s to say? And if they do, it might not even be for music.
