They mostly talk about the horror genre, but around the 14:00 mark starts the Guns talk. Slash talks about playing CD songs, how enjoyable the whole tour is, then he drops that bit about the UYI boxset. allwaystired
Great. I echo sentiments about it being sensibly priced. Again though, I'll believe it when I see it! If that comes next year, then I'd say we can kiss any new material goodbye for another year.
Popular Post El Guapo
I'm confident they'll find a way to make this disappointing and overpriced, as usual. 1 1
allwaystired
Just now, El Guapo said: I'm confident they'll find a way to make this disappointing and overpriced, as usual. Surely they must have learned something from unsold copies of the last boxset? I think any fan with any sense will have learned something anyway- wait a bit and you'll be able to pick it up for a sensible price.
Tourettes2400
Make it affordable, throw in some live video, and I am all in. Basically, just do the opposite of the way the Locked N’ Loaded was released. I just now got the Locked N’ Loaded box. I love it and the quality of everything is good, but the price was just too high when they released it. I wanted it for so long, but I wasn’t paying $1,000 for it. It is pretty awesome for under $300 though 😁. I am looking forward to a UYI box. Please just do it right GN’R! Gordon Comstock
Nice. Hopefully they put at least one of the live shows on vinyl.

Special guest performance by Shannon Hoon of Blind Melon. Axl mentions how the chorus to 'Right Next Door To Hell' was written about his next door neighbor. Slash says they are filming the video for 'You Could Be Mine' for the new Terminator 2 movie. After 'You Could Be Mine,' Axl asks the crowd, "Have you ever heard the expression break a leg? Well, I think I just did." Axl actually injures his heel and is forced to wear a brace on it for the first few weeks of the UYI tour. Before 'Don't Cry,' Axl says how Shannon's band was covering the song a few years back. 'Welcome To The Jungle' is dedicated to the 3rd Street Hell's Angels. Would love to see the Ritz from the 80's too. Have them on cd but not on a dvd or blue ray. My brother has tons of VHS tapes with GNR concerts, but alas, we can't watch them anymore. He still keeps them though.
