It's a sign of how bad quality control has become with the current vinyl resurgence. The amount of things that would have to go wrong for those two stampers to end up pressing an album like that is pretty large. Having said that, I'm in a lot of vinyl groups on Facebook and a ton of people have posted about spinning the Slash album. Just pick up another correct copy. I might be worth something, or not. It's always hard to say because we don't know how many there are. If there's a limited number, if might rise in value to some Swift or Slash fan, but it very could never rise in value.
