Will change your days This is exactly how I make them as well! I like to add crushed pepper and some salt to them too, and maybe a little ketchup also. Dean
Haven't had Eggs in a few years, but Scrambled eggs in a pan was my jam. Bit of butter, seasoning and very generous on chili flakes. It was tremendous.

dontdamnmeuyi2015
I was watching the worst cook's show one time and Ann B showed how she makes her scrambled eggs. She adds some water to the eggs before she puts them in the pan, with butter of course. Then she sets them on a medium flame and during the cooking process she takes the pan off the burner and continues to scramble them and then finishes them off on the burner. Let me tell you cooking the eggs this way makes them fluffy and so tasty. Enjoy. I do like sunny side up and a soft boiled egg sometimes too. To make soft boiled eggs . I bring them to a boil and then they are done and perfect. Eggs are just so yummy how you make them.

willl
Scrambled, fried, poached, hard boiled, soft boiled.... I'll eat any type Served with toast, salted butter and a dash of black pepper and I'm happy. You can test if an egg is fresh by putting it in a bowl of cold water and seeing if it lays flat on the bottom (good), stands on its end (not as fresh) or floats (bad)
