Anyone voting out 06/07 before the 85/86 "tour" that no one around here ever attended and probably not even ever witnessed an actual full show of on video or audio is insane.

The "hell house" thing is a fucking myth to back the boys up with some credibility after they signed to a major label. Their first "independent" / "live" EP was already fake with audience noise blended with what was actually studio demos. They would have never made it if it wasn't for their connections in the industry through family and romantic partners.

So you're saying you'd rather attend a show from the 2006/2007 CD era tour over the earliest GNR tour?

I guess since there being no bootlegs from the early days or polished recordings of the 85/86 concerts, it's hard to know if those shows were good or bad.

There's plenty of bootlegs from 86. Video and audio ;)

I don't care what anyone says, Not in This Lifetime is better than any NuGuns tour by default. Having Slash and Duff in the lineup as well as guest appearances from Adler, automatically elevates the tour to a higher level in my mind.

Bold statement: UYI tour also should not win. Axl was miserable and the rest of the band were in the throws of addiction. 

Skin n Bones or AFD for the win. S&B has some of the best shows off the band period. Afd has the raw down n dirty feel.

Anything concerning voting on GNR stuff must end up for something from the "Live Era" to win. Axl’s solo was more or less nice, but it wasn’t real GNR; NITL was more or less nice, but they’re not 30 anymore, the times have moved on, and how can you even compare it. So it’s either Appetite or Illusions, obviously. That will be the ultimate, hard battle.

This poll is a bit of a joke, how is we're f'n back better than 09-11... 09-11 had a better stage show, a new set and a band + Axl that sounded great, of course Axl slipped in 2011 but 2011 was better than 2021. What exactly does We're F'N Back have?

Also 2006 is better than NITL. If you didn't see it then you missed out.

Also 2006 is better than NITL. If you didn't see it then you missed out.  

I will never forget the exciment about GN'Rs and Axl's comeback in 2006. Nothing what happened since then will ever come close to that
