Not sure if this was discussed.  My wife heard Eddie Trunk say "i have new music, bit i am not allowed to play it till March".  Why would he say that if not true?

Is there a link to where he said this? Unless GNR announce a tour pretty soon, I'm gonna assume he's referring to Duff's solo stuff or something...

BTW, I'm still not convinced that Fortus laid down solos for this one. It all sounds pretty similar tone and style-wise.

If Eddie Trunk really said that (or something along the lines of), it wasn't during the show he had Duff on (which was on Tuesday) or during the shows on Wednesday and Thursday (I skimmed through all three), so it must have been on the Friday show.

I love statements like this without any further info. He has music he can’t release till March. What music? Music from Michael Jackson? Who was he talking with? Why is his wife the only person who heard him say that?

First off, I said it was "not unlikely" it is finished. I wouldn't bet lots of money on it  Yeah, it doesn't sound like much on the Village leaks but Axl must have thought a lot of it since he intended it to not only be included on the follow-up but also name the album after it. So unless he abandoned all this and the song wasn't cool to him any more, it is likely one of the songs that were worked on after 2001.

PRL being the 2nd album is just a theory. There is NO information on that song other than the leak, and one random ass foreign interview which may or may not even be legit.
