They have done something like that in the past. Or maybe it's for a graphic within the on screen animations during the intro and the show itself. But given he has said in the past that sometime's he turns around on stage see's the videos and thinks "whats that all about? who did that?" (Im paraphrasing) I dont think he cares too much about the on screen videos to keep a trademark going this long. He has extended the trademark 4 times in around 2 and a half years, that's a lot of time to keep the ball in the air (even for him) for it not to be something. Leaves the house to play gigs. That's Axls life in his 60s. You keep saying there is new music. we know there is at least an albums worth of songs recorded and ready to go, yes. It is the releasing of these tracks people find so hard to believe. mainly because in 32 years 1 original album has been released. So forgive all of us that expect this to yield the sum of fuck all. Apart from that I wonder if him trademarking different versions of his name is a defensive trademarking move to stop it being used with out consent or something. Along with the fact that there now seems to be a rap collective or it might be album called Guns N' Roses. I get the whole Appitite For Destruction NWA thing but that was years back (and they were friends). To me it makes complete sense for him to protect his name legally as much as the band name when both have been used by other parties.
