Red flags you saw in movie plots? (Spoilers) 🤔☢️💡

In I Still Now What You Did Last Summer, a man named Will Benson rigged a radio station and called Julie's phone and her roommate, Carla answered the phone. Will said something like,"This is Mark with  102.7 the Wild Radio Station. For an exclusive free trip to the Bahamas, just answer what the Capital of Brazil is! Carla answers,"Rio De Janeiro!" Will asks,"Did you say Rio De Janeiro?" Carla answers,"No," cutely smiles and says,"Yes " Will answers something like,"Rio De Janeiro is the Capital of Brazil! You won!" Carla and Julie celebrate and go to the Bahamas. At the Bahamas, it turns out the RAINY SEASON was going to start the VERY next day! . 😱😳

 

Audience Members were wondering stuff like,"What kind of  Radio Station would send Concert Winners to the Bahamas one day before the RAINY SEASON starts? 😵‍💫☢️ " It turns out that Will  set up Julie to be Murdered. Julie and her Friends about a year or two back accidentally ran over a hitchhiker or something like that named Ben Willis and didn't get him any medical attention/care/treatment, just left. He survived and was understandably pissed. He killed Julie's Friends out of anger and revenge and Julie "killed" him. Ben survived AGAIN in I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. In the Bahamas Ben tried to kill Julie by turning up the tanning bed she was relaxing in and then locking her in the tanning bed (A Final Destination movie had two teens die in a similar way) 

 

Julie understandably freaks out when she realizes the tanning bed got REALLY hot and she is locked in it! 😱😳 Her Friends luckily come to her rescue and break the tanning bed open and get Julie out. At the end of the movie, Will Benson admits something like,"My last name isn't REALLY Benson, it's Willis and that he is Ben Willis's SON (Will Benson is Ben Willis's Son(Ben Son), clever writing actually. 💡🤔 😉 and set up the radio station Concert because he wanted his Dad to kill Julie. Will said the Capital of Brazil is NOT Rio De Janeiro, it's Brasilia(LOTS of people do think that Rio De Janeiro is the Capital of Brazil). Ben accidentally kills Will when he mistakes him for Julie's Boyfriend, Ray, who do look similar. Julie, Ray, Carla, and Carla's Boyfriend escape and go back to the United States. At the end of the movie, Ben GRABS Julie in her hotel or something like that and drags her backwards  she screams and the movie ends! 😱😳

 

People who actually were born and raised in Brazil said stuff like,"I am from Brazil and I knew right off the bat that Carla LOST the radio station when she said that Rio De Janeiro was the Capital of Brazil when it's Brasilia, yet Mark/Will told her she WON. ALL legitimate Radio Stations would have disqualified Carla when she wrongfully said Rio De Janeiro and not Brasilia. I knew that this was a red flag and a set up." Someone else said something like,"I was and still am a United States Citizen and I was 10 when this movie was released. You could have told me me the Capital of Brazil was Buenos Aires and I would have believed it! LMAO!" 🤣🤭

 

People also thought it was a red flag that there wasn't an on camera scene where Julie and Carla actually GET the radio station tickets. They were like,"You would get the Radio Station tickets from the Radio Station. 102.6 The Wild Radio Station would have had no idea about the Contest that Will set up. 102.6 The Wild Radio Station would have said something like,"No one from this Radio Station called anyone recently asking what the Capital of Brazil is. You guys were tricked with a prank call. HOW did Julie and Carla get the Radio Station tickets when Will made up the set up?" They also asked,"How did Julie and Carla not see any red flags about a Radio Station calling Julie's home phone number out of the blue?😵‍💫 Listeners call the Radio Stations, the Radio Stations don't call random houses." 😵‍💫

I thought it was alright when I saw it at the movies on release. No masterpiece but enjoyable enough. I agree that it's probably not worth that level of disection though.

It was fucking shite.  I was caught out twice by the Star Wars prequels and sequels. Really enjoyed The Phantom Menance (fuck off, you weren't there!  ) and The Force Awakens but then the second installment in both cases was terrible and the third made me wish I hadn't bothered. I still haven't seen Revenge of the Sith all the way through to this day as it looks like a really bad PS2 game.

I have a soft spot for the mess that is The Last Jedi. Overall, I quite enjoy it. It is a mess, but it feels like a real movie made by people who gave a shit and tried to do something different. It just needed a few more revisions with the story and script.

On the other hand, Rise of Skywalker is shocking. It is unbelievable that the script and story was green lit for that film. It feels like it was written by adolescent chimpanzees. It has brought me immense joy because of how stupid it is, though. So I guess you can still call me a big fan

Maybe I should have just said something like," Villian's Son makes fake radio station Concert and accepts wrong Brazilian Capitol answer and sends Protagonist and her Friend so that his Dad could kill the Protagonist in The Bahamas?🤔💡

In I Can Do Bad All By Myself, grown Adult Randy gives 16 year old Jennifer a leering look and makes an unhappy comment to her. Towards the end of the film, Randy tries to rape Jennifer but is stopped by Sandino who hits him with a bat and attacks him with Randy's own belt. Audience Members said they saw Randy's attempted rape of Jennifer coming as soon as he leered at her and spoke to her suggestively.

Obvious one is that in Scream Billy puts on (Don't Fear) The Reaper when he sneaks through Sidney's window.

Man, Billy was a badass Killer in Scream. He pretended to be killed by Ghost face while being a  Ghost face himself! 😱😳☢️🤔💡(Critics pointed out that in real life forensics experts would have seen that Billy's "blood," was really red corn syrup and he would have been questioned for faking his own death. 💡🤔 Critics also pointed out that Billy was kind of off, telling Sidney to get over the death of her MOTHER that happened about a year ago. 😵‍💫 My Grandmother died when I was 13 and 27 years later, I'm still sad about her death, so if course Sidney would be sad about her MOTHER being killed about a year ago! 💡

Speaking of  Scream, some IDIOT in APRIL 2011 spoiled who the Ghostface was for Scream 4. He spoiled it on the THREAD TITLE. On the WWE Board of all places. He wrote,"Emma Roberts is the killer in Scream 4!" His thread was the VERY FIRST WEEK that Scream 4 was in movies! I was going to watch Scream 4 like the third day of its release, but I had either watched Hop or Arthur the day before and REALLY didn't want to go to the movies back to back. I was upset that the Poster just blurted out who the Scream 4 killer was in the thread title on a WWE RAW Board. A Poster posted something like,"Thanks for ruining he Scream 4 surprise, you Idiot Jerk! Scream 4 is only on its FIRST WEEK and MANY people haven't seen it yet! WHY did you post the Screen 4 spoiler on the WWE RAW Board in the first place, Idiot Jerk?" The Poster quickly deleted his spoiling thread but not before I saw the spoiling thread. I did go see Scream 4 in theaters, with the full knowledge that Jill played by Emma Roberts was the Killer and just wondered how the other characters would react to Jill being the killer(interesting that Jill and kill rhyme. 💡🤔) Other People in the audience were SHOCKED when Jill turned out to be the Killer saying,"Oh no!" 😱😳 My Sister had watched Scream 4 before I did and she told me that,"The killer is the person you would least expect," which of I didn't know any better from having the Idiot Jerk spoil Scream 4 ending for me, I would have assumed that would have been SIDNEY, The PROTAGONIST of the Scream movies! 😱😳

Honestly, I already saw the red flags of the Star Wars sequel trilogy as far back as The Force Awakens.

”Luke blamed himself and walked away from everything.”

”A good question for another time.”

Finn being knocked into a coma cause the story didn’t know what to do with him.

Rey and Snoke’s origins being mysteries for no reasons.

The empire vs rebels conflict being repeated for no reason.

And so on.

I used to be defensive of the sequel trilogy cause in the years leading up to it I kept saying “there’s no way it can be worse than the prequels,” but now I can admit I was wrong.
