Savior With A Razor - Beth Hart feat. Slash

Recommended Posts

I post this here because here’s more traffic than in the Slash section. Mods feel free to remove if necessary.

That’s a phantastic song imo. Beth is amazing as always and Slash’s latest work is both, inspired and tasty.

What do you think?

I dont like it, she mostly annoys the shit out of me. Very decent Slash work though.

Mother Mary and Sister Heroine are my favorites, would like to hear such songs instead.

Verse are kinda bland but overall it's fine, some nice guitar parts.

Hot take incoming:

Slash's Snakepit feat. Beth Hart would be amazing.

Now, roast me.

Velvet Revolver could’ve replaced Scott with Beth Hart

Overall this is one of her stronger albums and I’m always happy to see Slash work with her.

Out of the four studio recordings Sister Heroine is my least favourite. I love Mother Mary but both new tunes are a league of their own imo.

Don't know much about her, but I guess she's alright. I didn't like how Slash's guitar is panned to the left.

And there should be a proper solo spot. He's guitar got a lot more subdued.

Oh, I don’t have any issues with the mixing at all. Yes, Slash is panned to the left which is kind of unusual but that doesn’t affect the enjoyment of listening if you ask me.
I was also waiting for a proper solo but the licks he plays throughout the song with that wahwah are like the perfect match imo.
