My only complaint is that there new stuff isn't funky enough. The reason for that is that John wants to make as varied music as possible and change his style as time goes on. Shadows collide with people his solo album is extremely different to mothers milk, the first one he did with rhcp. Its great so everyone buy it!!!! QueenEagle Posted November 27, 2004 Share Posted November 27, 2004 1 year ago (yeah, times change B) ) when I got "greatest hits" for Sinterklaas (for the non-dutch people among you: it's a holiday on which you get lots o presents ) I was crazy about them, really.........until my little brother started to listen to them 24 7, and tried to do john's solo's himself (trust me, you'd rather listen to slipknot ...that really says something)...... And last year, suddenly everyone yelled they loved RHCP, heard it at my friend's house all the time......their music is quite mainstream, even my parents like it .It was so fuckin annoying, I couldn't stand the music anymore, heard it much too often in a small amount of time, so right now, I'm not crazy about them anymore, but now I'm able to listen to their music.....sometimes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
