I feel like for the lats ten years, nothing really happened music-wise that blew everything ?

I know it's a matter of taste and certainly that my dad would tell me that since the Stones, nothing really happened either.

But in for a few years now, nothing made me say : "my god, this is it! "

Good bands came out and we had good albums, but could you really quote only one album that you can tell everybody heard ?

but he had Rap look at him when he signed at Death Row, that shook Rap all over.

one that came right to me just now... aerosmith... those guys have made some godo stuff and had good songs in the last ten years... but they are one of the old bands that just continued their run...still qualify for this category

I never really payed that much attention to this until I read this post. Now that I think about it your exactly right. I wish a good rock band would come out that would totally tare everything up. HA! The chances of that happening are slim to none though

well the mainstream rock has turned into shithole new-age punk like Good Charlotte and Sum41 and Simple Plan and other crappy bands like Coheed and Cambria

so yea nothing major has happened lately :krider:
