Guns N' Roses as the only great act with true musical/lyrical talents. There's some bands of (slightly) less fame from the U.S that kicked musical butt like Creedence Clearwater Revival and such.. but it really doesn't compare to stuff from the U.K. Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles... its really no comparison.
