Sympathy for the Devil. But Brown Sugar and Gimme Shelter are close behind as my favorite Stones song.

Gimme Shelter live is my absolute fucking favourite Stones track. The guitar and riff is so much louder than on the studio version, which makes it just so much better. That and Mick and Mary Clayton sound much better vocally too. (And louder too, which is better)

As far as those studio songs goes, I like Satisfaction the most.

I ended up going for Paint It, Black as it was the first Rolling Stones song I ever really fell in love with.

Fantastic band, very difficult to choose from so many brilliant songs.
