F*ck Sake

Ok,

Whenever I try and post a topic in Discussion and News it says 'You are not permitted to use this board'. What the f*ck? I have to try like 6 times before it works. I have deleted those 'cookies' like 9000 times and it still don't work.

FUCK!  :anger:

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Are you on AOL? And are you using the AOL browser? If so, this could be the problem. AOL did an "upgrade" a while back, and it's caused a lot of problems for people viewing different sites.

If you use the IE browser instead, you should be fine. Try that.

I have AOL - but I didn't do the upgrade because the last time I uploaded one of their so-called "upgrades," it messed up my computer and kept booting me off the Net. I wound up having to uninstall it, and then reinstall the older version. I haven't upgraded since.

Here are some threads where the AOL problem was discussed before:

Yes. Yes I am. Thanks Madison. I don't know if I got the upgrade or not, but AOL isn't very good anyway.

Well, try using the IE browser instead. That's what I use (even though I have AOL), and it works fine.

Let me know if this fixes the problem.

Yeah it has. AOL isn't bad on terms of email etc. But it can be hellishly slow at times. Anyway cheers!
