Just listen to Like A Rolling Stone, Hurricane and Lay Lady Lay and you'll get some idea, if you like them, check out some more. He's obviously not going to check out the load of songs you posted.

Normally, I could recommend that many, but to understand Dylan you have to listen to almost all of his works. I was a huge Bob Dylan fan, then I bought Bringing It All Back Home, and realized that there was an entire side of him that I had never seen before. Try to check out something from each era to get a small feel of what Dylan was about.
