I listen a lot to the lyrics and "the flow" in the song, it needs to have a good melody. I listen to everything, it's important that guitar/drums/bass/piano complete eachother in a good way.

I like to listen to the guitaring, bass, and drumming first. I cant listen to a song if i cant get the beat.

I chose Vocals.

I like good drumming and guitars. I mean, if a song has a good, catchy, famous riff, then it appeals to me. But there are some songs with crazy guitar, but have awful lyrics and absolutely no melody.

What I mind most is riff and melody, then riff, then drumming, then anything else. The arrangements, style and structure count a lot as well.

Vocals and bass. But with bands like Maiden, at least on their earlier recordings, these 2 are very much at the front of the sound, so the bass is damn prominent anyway. Generally the main thing I listen to is vocals though
