alice cooper and gilby clarke to do charity gig

According to The Los Angeles Times, Alice Cooper and former GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Gilby Clarke are among the musicians that will take part in a Feb. 1 concert at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in Cerritoes, California to benefit Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

Organized by former EAGLES guitarist-singer-songwriter Don Felder, the show will be hosted by comic Cheech Marin and will include additional appearances by Stephen Stills, actor Dennis Quaid, comedian D.L. Hughley, producer-composer David Foster, STYX guitarist Tommy Shaw, GREEN DAY drummer Tré Cool and NO DOUBT drummer Adrian Young.

Tickets are $50 to $200 and proceeds will go to the Salvation Army and Red Cross Katrina relief funds
