We would expect Merck to issue a cease and desist, wouldn't we?I doubt they'll really follow up on it.I think they like the fact that it's being played, to be honest. Especially if (as I believe) they leaked the tracks themselves.We'd all become suspicious if Merck DIDN'T tell the radio stations to back down...but it says something that so many continue to play the song and nothing is happening.They shut up Trunk fast and wouldn't even let the rerun air with the song, right?
