I would have sent him a warning email and inform the person that they may be sued and advise him that its illegal. You making it public means that he is at even higher risk of being caught. He is a fan so why dob him in?Well it is a GNR forum to discuss GNR news and stuff, of course a warning email from me would have zero effect, so what if he is a fan, $10 USD for 3 tracks the guy a rip off merchant unless it is actually Axl then fair play to him maybe this is how CD will be released, unofficially over ebay by the means of several CD's at $10 each, I guess he could make $50 or $60 from 15 or so songs way more than the official way.
