The following is taken from the HNB site:---03/01/06 Hookers N Blow are coming back for Spring Break in Destin, FL. Joining us for the residency at RUMRUNNERS will be one time Motley Crue Singer John Corabi as well as Alex Grossi who is back from a long absence (while playing in Quiet Riot/Bang Tango and Beautiful Creatures). Scotty Griffin will join them on bass and Tramp's White Lion drummer Troy Patrick Farrell will again be out on this HNB Run!! After Destin, John and Scotty will head back to LA as we welcome Jizzy Pearl (Ratt/Love-Hate) and Muddy Stardust (LA Guns/Gilby Clarke) to finish up the dates the end of March into April Fools Week wrapping up 4/9 in the New England states. Due to the GNR happenings, Dizzy Reed will make some shows in Florida and on the New England Run. They will have to get some serious work done in terms of rehersing for these massive shows they are doing, these aint small gigs that dont matter!!!!! the first performance in lisbon will have to be fuckin spot on.Also, i was thinkin today, maybe, just maybe, we mite hear somethin from gnr around the end of april beginin of may in the form of a suprise gig somewhere??????? would you want your 1st show in a few years to be as big as rock in rio????? However, it simply refers to the GNR 'happenings'. there is no reason why they can't rehearse whilst they put out an album is there?Is it likely? say 3-4 weeks of promoting the album. would it be enough?I just think that the album is coming before Rio.
