What he's saying is that he thinks it's awful. Just because Gn'r likes it doesn't mean he has to. :)

 Once me and my dad were listening to zep in the car and he said the problem with t rex is that they're really one hit wonders. I think there is lots of reasons whythis is funny.

ontopic: yeah I like them :)

well there early stuff from like 67 till 70 is really folk sounding. just an acoustic guitar and a Bongo player. one of the most unique sounds that a band came up with. in 1971 he realesed ''electric warrior'' wich was really his first electric album. that has Jeepster on it and '' Bang a gong(get it on)

in 1974 he released '' zinc alloy and the riders of tomarrow'' that sounds more like david bowie, elton john almost. its more pop.

his lyrics are J.R.R Tolkein innfluenced. and he really liked Bob Dylan.

id say get ''electric warrior'' or ''the slider'' those are my favs. his music is really up beat. but is deffinently rock.

Thankyou!!! I knew it was either Marc Bolan or Marc Almond who died, but I got the names muddled up. :)

Criminally under-recognized, simply the best time you can have on record.

Get the Marc Bolan boxed set, it's spectacular.

MAMBO SUN

Beneath the bebop moon

I want to croon with you

Beneath the Mambo Sun

I got to be the one with you

My life's a shadowless horse

If I can't get across to you

In the alligator rain

My heart▓s all pain for you

Girl you're good

And I've got wild knees for you

On a mountain range

I'm Dr. Strange for you
