Iron Maiden hold a near monopoly over things that rock during he 80's in my eyes, but I'll bring some other favourites in

Iron Maiden - Hallowed Be Thy Name

Iron Maiden - The Trooper

GN'R - Nightrain

Metallica - Ride The Lightning

Metallica - For Whom The Bell Tolls

Judas Priest - Electric Eye

AC/DC - Hells Bells

AC/DC - Rock n Roll ain't Noise Pollution

Van Halen - Panama

Ozzy Osbourne - Crazy Train (1980?)

80s wasn't too great a time for rock music. Some good metal though

Not all of these may be classified as "rock", but they are imo the best from the 80's as I remember it.

Walk This Way - Run DMC & Aerosmith

Start Me Up - The Stones

Living On A Prayer - Bon Jovi

Eye of The Tiger - Survivor

Born in the USA - Bruce Springsteen

Beat It - Jacko (might sound corny now, but this song was HUGE back then and I loved it)

Sweet Child O' Mine - GNR

Welcome to the Jungle - GNR

Patience - GNR

Paradise City - GNR

Money For Nothing - Dire Straits

Sledgehammer - Peter Gabriel

Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Queen

Starting Over - John Lennon

Woman - John Lennon

Centrefold - J Giels Band

Nobody Told Me - John Lennon

Hurts So Good - John Cougar

Heart of Glass - Blondie

I love Jealous Guy. I dont think that was released as a John Lennon single other than the UK though.
