Zephyrus
It's this famous speech and then Axl says some lines in between.I used to think that was Axl as well- the same quotes used in Civil War. But it's Michael J. Fox, Gene Hackman some others..."This whole thing is fucked up!"- I used to think that was Axl.

Vadin
The beginning of the "clip-solo" says "I'm gonna tell you a little story".. At first I thought that it was axl's voice with a low pitch, but we saw the movie "Mississippi Burns" in school the other week, so now I now it's a quote from that movie.. It's a black agent who are going to tell the towns racist mayor a little story about suffering
DV_007
Wow okay, so Axl isn't saying any of those lines? He must say one? "What we've got here... Is failure to communicate" (Civil War). I know that line itself is another quote but it's Axl who's saying it?The beginning of the "clip-solo" says "I'm gonna tell you a little story".. 2000intentions
axl's voice is in there, if i remember he says something like, " where does it come from"and"all this hate"something like thatThat's Willem DeFoe from Mississippi Burning: "Where does it come from. All this hatred?" "Let's get something straight. This whole thing was fucked up" is Gene Hackman from the same movie. Madagascar is a great song because it shows how far Axl has come since his racial epitaph spewing days with "One In A Million." It's definitely a bold political statement about racism and prejudice. He's definitely matured. I think the backlash from "One In A Million" really made him look hard at his own views on race. Then he wrote "Civil War" and finally "Madagascar." I don't think anyone would call him a racist anymore.
