adnan
Anybody else absolutely adore this song? The guitar is perfect for the song and creates the perfect arena rock feeling. Springsteen is on top form with this song really, probably his second best studio vocal. Murder Incorporated being the first.Very few songs in history are as catchy and memorable as this one really. Very, very good song.
GivenToFly
I'm a Sringsteen fan but I've always thought of this song as slightly overrated. I like it but I can't say I adore it.

Streetchild
Cool song, but Springsteen has done a lot of better songs. The live version is really awesome though, and a lot better than the studio version.

gnr=axl
Love the song but Springsteen has done a lot of songs that are better. Also Dancing in the Dark was nearly not even made. Only put on the album cos the record company wanted Born in the USA to have another song on it.

shades
Bruce sucksthats gay music...and what would you say if he was pro-Bush? ahh, my reputation preceeds me.On this one it has nothing to do with politics I assure you.I always thought "The Boss" was as gay a music as you could listen to.Its pop music, and he tries to come off as this hard rock frontman. hes Michael Bolton with a guitar. adnan
It comes off as a bit too desperate.Really? To me it seems like one of his most passionate, true, and laid back songs. Sounds like a man having fun and enjoying his music more than a desperate attempt, unlike some of his other songs which DO sound slightly desperate.
