If you mean cropping out around a person here is how to do it...

click the arrow in the right bar, then under that arrow at the bottom bar, is different shapes, you want the *LASSO I belive, then go to your image left click and hold and go around your image then right click cut/copy/pasts etc etc

ok so i used that tool to do this (feel free to steal it whoever wants to) ;

but how the hell do i go about pasting this onto another picture (ie the new gnr logo) ?

once its copied or cut click on the box with the logo or whatever riight click paste

also when you zoom up to the picture, to do it more accurately, you cant move up the picture whilst using the tool

so what do you do? crop the picture in normal view or what?

That is correct you just do it in normal vue
