I just don't like being criticized when I have a reasonable point like that. I know Led Zeppelin pretty well and I am entitled to my opinion on them.

But you can't be surprised when it creates the kind of reaction it did. I immagine you said what you said in order to incite it.

Not really. Someone reacted to my opinion on the song, and I elaborated on it. That's all.

Yeah, and I understand that there are many, MANY better blues/slide players out there besides Jimmy Page. I like the song nonetheless.

And I don't think Ohdistortedsmile was trying to stir up any tension, he was just giving his opinion.

I just think it's a really consistent entertaining album.

I still feel that Wearing and Tearing and Walter's Walk should've made it on their actual albums when they were still active.

I was pretty surprised that Plant pulled it off (with Page) at Knebworth '90. Sounded awesome live too.

I don't think so, I know they didn't do it at all on either of the Page & Plant world tours (95 & 98). And they haven't done much playing together since. Except for the Tribute To Sun Records gig at the Montreux Jazz Festival some 2 years ago. But that was all rockabilly stuff they played. They did pull out an old rare gem that night though. Candy Store Rock...
